Hello, my name is Claire Palo. I am a senior at Minnesota State University, Mankato (MNSU). I am striving to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing with a minor in Biology. I am also taking French classes, as a means of becoming proficient in the French language and to develop an understanding of the French culture. 

Upon graduation from MNSU, I plan to take a year off and apply to graduate school for literature. During the year off, I would like to teach English abroad in Asia. My goals for the future are flexible, as I am excited to see where my thirst for knowledge  and my love for literature will lead me.

Personal Mission Statement

My goal is to continue to grow in knowledge through academia, job experience, volunteering, and traveling. I hope that through the pursuit of knowledge I will become an influential figure to others and I will be able to share my love of learning with them.
